I really enjoyed unboxing the Glamour Ghoul Boxes. The owner took a break for a few years ~ my last unboxing was November 2018 ~ but now she's back! I had to get the inaugural box, AND it's bat themed. Yes, yes I opened a bat themed box before, but really you can't have too many bats! My friend Jodee Bowie joined me for the unboxing. There's a video, but please be gentle, we are way out of practice. A couple of things after watching...

~ I forgot to look at the camera most of the time.

~ Watch the WHOLE thing because I name two giveaways I am doing. One of them starts today 2/10/2022!

~ We learn Jodee likes "sexy" books.

There's quite a lot of products in a small box!

1. Bat zipper bag by Gorejess Labratory. I have a necklace from her too!


2. Bookmark from Little Black Bats. Super nicely packaged.

3. Red bat wing hair clips from Bow So Creepy. She makes earrings too!


4. Bat Sticker. I had to do some digging because I didn't know who it was from. Celestial July Art. It's already stuck to my filing cabinet.


5. Black "Underworld" Liquid Lipstick from Incanto Cosmetics. I put it on my hand and it smudged a little but didn't fully come off for a full day! I'd say that's really impressive.

6. Cute black and white striped soap "It's Fricken Bats" with bats on the top from The Painted Cat. It's nice because it's not overly scented.


7. Bat necklace from Murderous Jewels. It's lightweight and delicate, I can layer it with my other bat necklace from her. 



All in all, I'd say this was a great box. I always like finding new independent small businesses in these boxes. Looking forward to The Crow one in March. Stay tuned and remember it can't rain all the time.

I'm posting this a little late because my Fall Pusheen Box came in late. It came in after Halloween. *Insert sad face* The theme was BOO...

I'm posting this a little late because my Fall Pusheen Box came in late. It came in after Halloween. *Insert sad face* The theme was BOOsheen. Don't get me wrong, Halloween is every day, but it would have been nice to get the box in sooner. I think this will be my last one, the quality of the items has gone down, and there's only so many garlands I can hang up on the wall. The sweatshirts, drinking glasses, and little plushes will always be my favorite items. They got those right! Without further ado, here's what was included in this latest box...



I love this sweatshirt. It's black and gray tie-dye with a small embroidered ghosty BOOsheen on the front. This is exactly what I wanted.



A glow in the dark doubled walled glass cup. Perfect for hot beverages! My only complaint is that it's small, but I'll still use it.


BOOsheen Vinyl Figure. Meh. I miss the little plush dolls.


Some enamel BOOsheen pins. 


Another garland. Do people actually hang these up? I hung up the one that had picture clips because it was useful. This one not so much.


Cute socks that say "I'm Booing my best".

I think the coming Fall Box is going to be my last Pusheen Box, I was really unimpressed with this one. The theme was ice cream and I'm lactose intolerant, so there's that. Yes, I know I can eat fake ice cream, but it's never been my go-to for dessert. Give me a fancy pasty heart or shortbread. So I kind of just shrugged as I opened this box and thought whatever. The good news is nothing was defective this time like my past couple boxes. So let us begin...




An ice cream Fan Club T shirt. I think I'd like it more if it just had the picture. The color is great, but I'll probably be reselling this.


Stickers, which seem like a cheap-out similar to the book marks last box, BUT I will be using them.


Vinyl figure. Meh.



Metal Cookie Jar that's really cute, but very small. I'm going to use it at work to put candy in.



Very small ice cream glass, that although is cute I'll probably use it for wine. Lol.




An Apron. Normally I'd be a fan of a full apron, but this one is very thin so I don't feel like it would protect you from much and it smells. Like chemicals.


A nice round cooler bag with a long strap. I'll be using this for bringing my lunch to work.



Finally a really odd thing...a mini chalkboard...with no chalk. 
I'm not about to go out an buy chalk for this.



So of the 8 things, I liked 4. That's not good odds. Hopefully the Fall box will have a good theme. I feel like the quality of the products has really gone down. So I'm not too happy about that. Are there any boxes that you truly love getting? I'd like to hear about them.

Well I have to say I like the product variety but the quality needs a little help in the Pusheen Box...actually the Winter Pusheen Box needed some help too. If I get another defect in the next box, I'll probably cancel my subscription! (Said while shaking fist in the air!)

Without further ado, here's the Spring 2021 Box...


As always there's the vinyl figure. This one has an umbrella. I miss the plush dolls.

Baseball cap that says "Breathe". I'm not a baseball cap wearer, but this one is cute. I can use it on my really bad hair days and when I'm working outside. 


Two Pusheen bookmarks. These seem kind of lame/ cheap. I just use random receipts and pieces of paper for bookmarks, but now I can be fancy. 


Compact mirror ~ this mirror is huge and doesn't fit in the side pockets inside my purse. It's a little weird. Definitely NOT "compact"!



Cute metal candle holder. I will def use this, and the Pusheen depicted on the front is adorable.


Floor Mat that has a picture of Pusheen and says "takin it easy". The background ~ I think ~ is supposed to be clouds? but it just looks dirty. I'm going to use this at work in front of the bathroom sink.




Pusheen Tissue Box holder. Now this is a super weird item. I'll have to get a square tissue box to fit it.



A wonderfully practical Pusheen umbrella! Vicktor started chewing on it the minute I set it down! He must smell the fish. 



Lastly a Pusheen Raincoat. (If you'll notice I'm wearing my Hello Kitty jumper.) Ok this is super cute. The plastic is pretty thin, but I can look past that. The problem is it has snaps at the wrist to make it tighter and the one wrist is missing a snap. Um quality control fail. If you recall in the last box my salt & pepper shakers had two Ps. Not good Pusheen, not good at all. I'm getting disenchanted by this box. Anyway thanks for reading!
